1，招聘岗位：运营助理
Job title-Operation Assistant
职能职责：
协助中籍总经理完成日常运营管理工作
协助销售数据的收集、整合与提报
对接中德各部门处理订单管理流程
协助会议与活动组织
协助撰写业务报告并担任翻译
Job Responsibilities：
Assist the managing director to complete the daily operation.
Assist in analyzing and reporting sales data.
Communicate with related departments of BROCK and HQ in China to handle the order process.
Assist in organizing meetings and events.
Assist in writing business reports and acting as translators.
任职要求：
本科及以上学历，车辆工程、营销管理类专业优先
具备优秀的沟通和学习能力
熟练使用基本办公软件
德语能够作为工作语言
在德国长期工作生活，能够接受出差
Qualifications：
Bachelor's degree or above. Engineering and marketing related majors are preferred.
Excellent communication and learning skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
German can be used as a working language.
Long-term working and living in Germany and business travel are required.
2，招聘岗位-财务助理
Job title-Accounting Assistant
职能职责：
应收账款和应付账款管理：录入和管理应收账款和应付账款，包括发票、供应商/客户关系和跨团队协作。
支持月结和年结，如资产管理和银行对账单的录入。
资金管理：在SAP和Sfirm系统中检查并准备付款凭证。
Job Responsibilities：
A/R and A/P management:Input and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoicing, vendor/customer relationships and cross-team collaboration.
Supporting the monthly closing and annual closing,such as Assets management and input the bank statements.
Treasury management:Check and prepare the payment voucher in the SAP system and Sfirm.
任职要求：
2-3年财务工作经验
财务相关专业毕业或具备实习经历
德语与英语作为工作语言
工作态度积极主动，坚持学习创新
Qualifications：
2-3 years experiences in accounting related jobs
Education background:traineeship focus on accounting is must have
Good knowledge in English will be a plus
Initiative attitude and learning new concept, and willing to innovation
