Trainee (m/f) GOglobal Human Resources (HR), limited to 2 years

Your role:

In the course of an individual rotation plan, you get to know the multiple aspects of HR (e.g. Talent, Development & Recruiting, Total Rewards, HR Business Partner,…): After a first assignment at your German home base you will be going international for a second or third assignment to one of our subsidiaries. Beyond that, you might get the chance to broaden your perspective and experience a different functional scope or business area. 

Start of the Program: October/November 2017

Who you are:

Master’s degree in business administration/psychology/human resources or similar

Outstanding academic performance (top scores)

International experience

First practical experience via internships, preferably within HR or related fields

High motivation and passion to discover solutions to all kinds of exciting challenges

Fluency in English (German or other language skills a plus)
